When you subscribe, you also sign the Master Subscription Agreement, which includes a Data Processing Addendum, Order Form, Service Level Agreement, and Security Exhibit. Active customers can access these from inside the app at app.x3compass.com.
X3 Compass retains regulated DOT records per federal regulation — 49 CFR §§ 391.51, 382.401, 395.8, 396.3, and the IFTA Articles of Agreement. See the Data Retention section of the Privacy Policy.
